Pay levels are routinely compared with the overall market to verify that associate compensation is competitive and accurately reflects the hard work required of every position. Each associate can expect yearly performance and compensation reviews. In addition, as associates grow in their work responsibilities and/or take on new jobs through promotions, their pay will increase.

Comprehensive, cost-effective benefit programs have been designed so that Springhill Retirement Community associates can select coverage and programs that make the most sense for their own situations.
