ForestView Activities Associate Tracy Dowler

Anytime you see Tracy Dowler, she's going to be smiling, or bringing a smile to someone else's face. Her calm and pleasant demeanor make her loved by residents and their families and a favorite with her colleagues.

Prior to joining ForestView's staff, Tracy worked in Springhill's CHOICEPlus program where she developed a special relationship with a resident who was in the later stages of dementia. Her dedication not only to the resident but to the family members as well was truly exemplary. She was always ready to listen to concerns and answer questions - or find the answers from our staff. She also spent a great deal of time with a resident who recently moved to Springhill's memory support neighborhood. When Tracy applied for her new position as activities assistant, she was so relieved that she would still be able to see him every day.

As for Tracy, she would say she's simply returning the favor with her smiles and compassion. "There are so many people here who are so thrilled to see you every day," Tracy says. "It warms your heart."
