Sign up for specialized fitness classes such as yoga, strength training or aerobics, or hit the Springhill Fitness Center and take part in exercise programs that focus on agility, balance and strength training. Or if you prefer something a little more fun, our special classes like Zumba that are periodically scheduled ought to put a spring in your step.

You can also step outside with a number of activities to choose from. Each season offers unique opportunities to be healthy and enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding area. Go for a brisk walk around the curving trails of our 45-acre campus, or head to the beach at nearby Presque Isle State Park for a day of sun, sand and water sports.
