The Springhill Board of Governors is a group of dedicated people devoted to creating and supporting extraordinary quality of care as well as choices of services and social opportunities for all residents. They also have oversight of general campus operations and promote fundraising in conjunction with Asbury Foundation.

Career: Christine has more than 30 years of experience, having practiced previously in the Erie firm of McClure & Miller, LLP. She served in numerous leadership capacities of the Erie County Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Foundation and the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation.
Current Position: Attorney/Shareholder at Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett, P.C. Her practice includes estate planning, representation of borrowers or lenders in business transactions, general business counsel, and municipal law.
Background: Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Westminster College
Career: Extensive experience in the banking industry with past experience at FNB Corporation, PNC Bank, National City Bank, Citizens Bank and currently at ErieBank. Professional development includes: Leadership Erie – Gannon University, Stonier Graduate School of Banking – University of Delaware and Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending – Bucknell University.

Background: Diploma in Nursing 1984, BSN in Nursing Penn State University 1988, MSN in Administration St. Joseph's College in Maine 2008, currently working on PhD in Organizational Learning and Leadership at Gannon University.
Career: Director of Surgical Services at Saint Vincent Health Center 2005-2011. Director of Heart Center Labs 2001-2005. Has worked with Saint Vincent for 27 years.
Current Position: Chief Nursing Officer Saint Vincent Health System since July 2011. Registered Nurse.
Background: Masters Degree from Georgetown University
Career: Twenty-five year veteran of the FBI. Has served on the board of directors of several national intelligence and law enforcement associations and is a founder and chairman emeritus of the International Association for Intelligence Education. In 2001 the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals presented him with its highest recognition, the Meritorious Award, and in 2006 he received a lifetime achievement award for his work in open-source intelligence.

Career: Purchased JH Bennett Moving & Storage in 1989. Formed JH Bennett Records Management in 1992, Principle Relocations in 2001, Piper Moving Systems in 2005 and Go Minis Portable Storage in 2012.
Volunteered for several organizations and currently a UPMC Hamot Corporator and member of the Asbury Atlantic Board.

Career: John spent his entire career with the Lord Corporation of Erie, Pa., managing the first Rotary Wing Engineering Group that designed and developed the first Elastomeric Bearings used in helicopter rotor systems, and serving in management positions in three plants.
Current Position: John is a Springhill resident and Chairman of the Springhill Lifestyle Enhancement Campaign, raising funds for a new Aquatic Center and Recreational Area. He is retired.
